[Get n healthy]

Hello all,

I have an 8-year-old daughter and she LOVES to work out with me. She asked me last night during our WATP video if there was a kids video? I am sure there is, but she is wanting one that actually has kids doing the workout. She would be fine with an adult as the "teacher" but kids doing the exercises with her. I am sure there are some out there but what are the good ones? Any suggestions would be great.

I think if you look at the Leslie Sansone official site, she has some. If not there might be a family one. It'd be worth a look. If not, I definately know there is a teen one. Lol

Unless she doesn't care what type of exercise, go to amazon and write in exercise for kids. I know there was a few cause I was thinking about work at the time(in particular the B*You dance workout for kids but there is more)

Kids Walk is available on my OnDemand from Comcast...so I know it exists.

My class does -Get Fit Kids: Vol. 1: Hustle-Bustle Move Your Muscles! (2005)twice a week. It's on net flicks.

I forgot about ondemand as a source, we could do that without out even buying or renting a dvd. Cool. Thanks Amanda.
