[Dumplin]

I can't start a blog. My user name is Dumplin. I have hotmail. I don't know what the problem is ,can anyone help?

Did you fill out the registration and are waiting for your activation email? If so, Hotmail frequently sends them to the bulk folder so it should be there. However, if it's been a couple of days since you signed up, you may have to sign up again. The system is programmed to purge unactivated accounts after 2 or 3 days.

I've had the same problem - I just checked my Junk folder, and it's not in there. Any other ideas?
