So, I couldn't help but notice that no one has been on this site since yesterday and then I had a vague memory of the forum moving? Or something? Of course I don't remember what I read and I can't find it on the board. Or is everyone (except me) too busy with thier real life to post to their virtual friends? I'm lonely!

Sorry, Lynnar! I went home from college for the weekend, so I was away from 3FC I'm back today, though. I think a few of our ladies are having health issues themselves or have loved ones going through health issues--in addition to it just being busy!

That and there seems to be a certain ebb and flow with the way the LC forum runs

I am scared right now. I have my flu shot scheduled for tomorrow afternoon and the last time I got one I had a reaction. I talked it over with my husband and he thinks I might have been run down before but I don't want to get a fever and chills again.

Azure, i wish i could go home from college for the weekend. but logistically its not possible i mean it must be a good 5 or 6 miles to my parents house but i still live on campus besides i have so much work on being like you in my final year. i've been quiet on here for a few days as i'm still celebrating the rugby results woooo!

I'm still here, although a little discouraged. I went off the plan today, but I am gonna go right back on maybe doing 30g carbs perday for the next month... i just wanna lose!!!

Hi all! Just checking in. I try to get here more often... but life is so busy sometimes. I work full time and go to school full time. Have a DH and three teenage boys too! And, now with my dad being ill again and going through chemo... well it's been a difficult couple of weeks. I have stuck to my LC lifestyle though Not always easy, but if you decide to eat something you shouldn't one day... don't let it stop you from keeping to the plan the next day. Remember you can come here, and there is a lot of support and others going through the same stuggles as you. I stay motivated by exercising If I stay active, I am less likely to get off the track.
Mid-term week is creeping up on me (next week already) and to top it off, my work told me I need to travel next week on business! Sometimes I wonder if things could get ANY busier?!!?

Hi, I"m still lurking. It shows I haven't been on since Oct 7th, yikes!! Anyways, we've been busy house searching and my 5 month old is becoming very mobile now. I never would've thought a 5 month old would try to start crawling, but he is. My older 2 are constantly fighting so I can't get to the computer much.

Anywho, tomorrow marks the 4 month mark for me doing the Atkins and I haven't cheated at all during that time, although I"ve thought about it. My weight loss has been slow and gradual, which I'm ok with that. I'll be joining a gym soon. I'm still glad that I lost 32/33 lbs without exercising, just what I get at work (server).

So, just checking in. Hope everyone has a good weekend!
