Default The Beck Diet Solution

Anyone here read this? What did you think? Did it help you?

I'm currently reading it. I've already used some of the "positive thinking" to back talk my cravings. So far, it's pretty cool. But I guess the real test will come when I've met my goal weight, & see if I can maintain THIS TIME...

No.... admittedly... I didn't do a search. I'm horrible about searching. I just think of something & decide to post about it. And this subject got moved so now the people I was hoping would respond might not see it.

Sorry, I moved it The support forum is for "I'm having a tough time staying motivated" type threads and other requests for diet help Discussion of specific diet plans are better in here. We try to keep the types of discussions separated so it makes it easier to locate them. We have a really good Beck group here that hopefully will be of help

No problem Suzanne! I guess I don't look at the Beck Diet Solution as a "diet plan" because it's really not (according to the book, of course, LOL) - it's a "tool" so to speak of how to make any diet you choose to work for you. So far, it seems to be about the positive talk & self-assurance. It's based on Cognitive Behavior Therapy, which I find quite interesting. Thanks for the linky!
