Center Christmas Challenge
My Center in Pa. recentlly became Pure Weight Loss yet everything with trhe exception of some new additions to food list is exactly the same. I am on the Gold Plan. This week I sighned up for the Christmas challenge which basically is TO every 2 weeks and a SlimDown every other day. I needed something to motivate me and get me restarted. Anyone else on this and what do you think the success rate would be???????????????????

WOW! They all do something different. My franchise center is doing the same kind of thing. You do TO for Sunday and Monday. Then Slimdown tues through Sat (you do this week 1,3,5, and 7. Then you are on the regular plan week 2, 4, 6, 8.
My problem is that they won't sell me the TO juice due to medical reasons because I can't do the bars which is stupid to me that let me start with the TO juice. They told me to replace my fruit on TO with citrus. There has to be more to it than that. Four 6packs were going to cost me $70 plus tax on sale so I was ready other post last night and saw where they used High protein slim fast and it was a little cheaper.
Type in "slim down" in the search and you can find the other challenge they did at the beginning of the year. Looked like the ones that did it, did pretty well. They only did it for 21 days. Most lost about 3 pounds a week. A little better than 2. If you can keep that up for 8 weeks.
I think I will start it too with you to go along with my Thanksgiving challenge but I got to get my stuff ready. And see what I am going to substitute for the TO juice since they won't sell it to me.

Love your pug. My sister has one she calls pugsly. I grew up with a black one we called buffy. Miss that snorting. The girl we had was not as roudy as my sister's but then my DBIL plays rough with him.

Kim03, search here for the Womans World Thread that was started. It has a Accelerated fat burning menu that you do for 2 days that is basically the same as TO except you sub a cantaloupe a day for the juice. I use it because it is much cheaper and I lost 4 lbs the last time I did it.

You can use 4 oranges a day instead of the juice as well... Or you can go buy some Knudsen's breakfast blend juice and use it the same way you would with the TO juice...

I knew you guys would fill me in and remind me.
Thanks Kimberly, I have that article. They gave me such a rash about it at my CO that I just filed it away. Now I have learned from some of my CO buddies not to tell them everything.
Dan thanks about the Knudsen's breakfast just. I just got to figure out where to buy it.

Kim - I finally found Knudsen's juice at a local health food store... I couldn't find it anywhere in Walmart or Albertson's.

Hi Kim, I found Knudsen's Morning Blend in Albertson's (I live on California's Central Coast). For each day you mix 26 oz. of the juice with 6 oz. of water and add 8 tsp of Benefiber -- so you will need two 32 oz. bottles of juice for two days of TO. [I must give credit: this is all according to another thread on this (wonderful!!) site.]

Lisa, I am also from the Central Coast, Nipomo to be exact. My COD is in Santa Maria.
I have set a goal to learn how to kayak this year. I have a lesson next week at San Simeon. I have been watching kayakers for years envying the quiet grace as they cut through the water. All I ever do is circle! I would really love to learn how to row, but I doubt there is any rowing teams in the area.
Let me know if you are ever looking for a hiking partner. I love to hike especially if I can take my dog. Tuesday

I like to use breakfast and actually stocked up when they were having a deal, spend over XX and get 8 weeks free. They actually helped a lot when I was using them more regularly, guess I should get back to is since I have so many Some folks here have suggested the slim fast optima as a substitute.

Ok so is anyone going to try this challenge or not besides pugmom??? I bought my stuff today so I will be ready to start on Sunday. We will see. I am getting to a point where I could just about pull my jeans off without unbuttoning them! Yeah! Time to get a smaller pair and get rid of these. Yeah!

Oh, Thanks to everyone that answered my questions!!! I found the Knudsen's breakfast juice in the health food section of the local Kroger (grocery store). I forgot about the Benefiber though. I will have to pick that up tomorrow.

Hello Tuesday Cool
Hi Tuesday, Thanks for the invitation, I'll keep you and your dog in mind for a hike. Have a great time kayaking in San Simeon. If you're so inclined you may consider Morro Bay in the sheltered area (where the sand spit separates the bay from the ocean and there is less to contend with regarding tides/waves). Thanks for shouting out to me!

I bought into the the Holiday plan last week. Our cost was $199 and included the TO, snacks and a workout dvd. I really respond well to a challenge and deadlines so I thought why not. Plus, we are going to Hawaii this Christmas I I would love to have to buy a new suit for the trip. No more cover ups for me! Tuesday
