Hey y'all! Brand new here, just joined a few days ago. I'm a 22 yr old licensed health/life insurance agent, but I specialize in Medicare supplemental and prescription drug plans. So if you've ever called an answer line to talk/yell at someone about how Medicare sucks and so does the insurance...yeah, that'd be me. Please be nice to us. We're not all out to steal Grandpa's savings!
Sorry, off topic. The entire point to me losing weight is this: I want to join the Air Force, and everything is fine except for the fact that I need to lose, oh, about 80 lbs before I'm within the weight limit. My end goal is about 100 lbs though.
At this point I'm on the eat-healthier-and-exercise-more diet plan. My personal belief is that I shouldn't have to deny myself any food that I want to eat as long as I make a good effort to get my nutrients. That also means not eating a ton of cake, and instead, just savoring bites of a small slice.
I've been hitting the gym a lot and starting to see some results, and I'm also trying to attend the Yoga classes at the gym as well.
I work for a healthcare administrator and I've been yelled at many times, too. Yikes....I don't know who is disliked more....us or the IRS.
I also spent 6 years in the Air Force and my Dad was career Air Force. I loved it and I'm sure you will too.
