But here goes. Get the trigger food out of the house. Pour salt in it if you have to. Then plan at least a couple days worth of healthy meals. It starts now. You can do this!! Get your kitchen together so you have no excuses not to cook. Maybe you can enlist the help of daughter and SO? So exciting your show is almost here already!!
