UK Fat Chick (me) will be vactioning in Orlando in 3 weeks time I'm well on my way to reaching my 50lb target I set for then and have way further to go to reach goal. I really don't want to lose my momentum when out of the country but do plan to eat out frequently (probably daily). I've decide the easiest thing for me would be to use Slimfast products (as I often do here) and eat just one proper meal a day. So my question is where is the best place to buy ready to drink meals and snacks I can carry around with me; supermarket? drug store?

I usually go to Wal-Mart or Target--both have the Slimfast products. I'm not as big into the shakes anymore as I am into the bars (both snacks *120 calories* and meal bars *220 calories*) They're usually in either the diet or pharmacy dept
