I am just tooo damn excited!!!

I have finally hit ONEDERLAND!
I haven't been here since around 1999/2000. At my heaviest I was 230, I managed to lose 15 last year and only started again a few months ago.

I gained 1/2 lb this week... dieting with stress, how fun. But it could've been worse... I could've gained a million lbs this week, so I count my Gods given blessings. ^_^

Wickedcrafty - congratulations on hitting ONEderland! That must feel great.

I'm at 167 on my home scale, but there wasn't a TOPS meeting last week and I don't have a formal weight to update my ticker. The TOPS weight is usually higher because I am wearing clothes.

I've had bronchitis for the last couple of weeks (finally feeling better now) so haven't been following much of a diet, and no exercise. Hoping to get back in the swing of things this week.

Glad to hear that you are begining to feel better Jax! When I am ill, I don't do anything in regards to my 'diet'. It pretty much all goes out the window until I feel well again. No sense in making yourself totally miserable!

My scales are opposite yours. My home scale reads 4 pounds heavier than my Drs scale. At first I thought it was a mistake or a fluke; but nope...it's a constant 4# difference. Now I always take off 4 when I weigh myself at home.
