Default I'm backkkkkkkkkk!
I just wanted to let you guys know 9even if you don't know me) that I am back to calorie counting. I took a break and went to Atkins for awhile but I can't stick to that because its way too restrictive. I miss my fruit! I miss my low cal snacks! I miss my calorie counting! Not sure what my weight is on the side, guess I'll see it after I post so I can see if I've done any damage since I've been gone, lol.

Hmmm I went all the way back up to 239 and back down to 231.6 this morning.

Welcome back. I'm glad you've figured out what works for you - and what doesn't. That is more then 1/2 the battle. I too am a calorie counter. For me, it just works.
