I'm almost tearing up I'm so excited!
I've never been able to post here.... but now, I think I qualify...
This morning I put on a pair of work slacks...size 10... I can take them off...with out unbuttoning or unzipping them- and it's not like I'm jumping up and down to get them off...
I realize that all size 10's are different, yadda yadda yadda....but this shows that my plan is actually working! It's visual!
Wow! I have no clue what I weigh because of my lack of scale, but my goal is to get into my 8's....and maybe the elusive and mythical size 6.

Congratulations on your weight loss achievements. So often a garment of clothing can be a good guide to how your progressing on your healthly life style often more accurate than the pesky scales.
Size 8 here you come. I am sure that if you continue progressing as you are doing you will be in that size quicker than you think.
Good luck for the rest of your weight loss journey and reaching your goal.

I love that feeling. Someone told me to get new pants, which I eventually did, but kept them and still slipped them on and off because I was so pleased.

Since that day I became very depressed and ate LOTS of food...but y'know what? it's alright. I did it once, I can do it again. Just a set back ( minor )...
