I saw this on ABC Morning News this morning. Thought it was interesting...to say the least. There is a thread already on the book but here is a link to the story from the show today.
I watched that this morning too. From what little they showed it looked like another no carb diet instead of bad calorie diet. The guy is going to be on Nightline tonight so maybe I can catch a little more facts about it.
