Default Alli Question

I am doing a creative WW strategy and it is working for me BIG TIME. But I thought since I am being good anyway, Alli might speed things up. My question is if you take a cheat meal every week (which is part of my strategy), can you just not take the Alli that day and not suffer the nasty consequences of the cheat (I hear you like have uncontrollable bathroom issues).

I would appreciate input!

Alli can hang around in your system for a day ++

(ie) if you had a high fat meal yesterday and took an Alli today while being good, you can still have treatment effects

Also, if you took Alli yesterday.... but today went high fat, you could also have treatment effects

They recommend you eat lower fat meals several days before starting Alli for this reason.

I, unfortunately, have heard the same about it staying in your system for a few days. And honestly, if you are good all week and want to have one cheat meal a week, why don't you just plan to do an hour of exercise that day to make up for it instead of suffering the nasty consequences ?

Default Thanks

.. for the support. What I am doing is working. I think I will stay with it and leave it at that. I need my cheat meal every week to stay sane!

I know even a few hours after I take alli, I have a cheat snack and saw my first two treatment effects the next days

I just want to add here that taking Alli for a cheat meal is not a good idea. Alli is to be taken with meals that arent over 19 grams of fat (give or take depending on your size). If you were to take Alli with say...a Big Mac and FF, you would have treatment effects. Alli is an excellent tool if you stay fairly lowfat, but not a good tool for eating off plan, although I think it can be a deterrant
