as much as i SOOOOOO do not want to do it this week, it is friday, so it's time to weigh in! i was devistated when i jumped on the scale and found i was back up to 185. ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY FIVE ****ING POUNDS!
::takes a deep breath::
but there are reasons for this. first off, i'm getting my period tomarow, so i know alot of it is water. i've been slacking on exorcise this week, and eating more carbs then i'm supposed to. that and the fact that i havent had a bm in 8 days (eeeeeew why did she write that?!?!?) i've gone to the dr tho so that should get sorted soon as the meds kick in (thank GOD)
how did the rest of you do? better than me i hope!
Mangokitty, sorry to hear the scale's not being good to you. I forgot to weigh in this morning. By that I mean I was up lots during the night (puppy!) and then had coffee and breakfast before getting on the scale. So I'll count tomorrow's weight as the official one this week.
I was down a little at TOPS yesterday morning, but that weight includes clothes (and breakfast/coffee) so it's not the same as the home one.
Finally got my scale from Amazon yesterday, and weighed in this morning before breakfast as 297.8. Gaia has officially left the 300s!!! YAY!!! Am celebrating with cherry Coke zeros on the house!
I've decided I'm not weighing in for awhile. I'm at a plateau and I'm obsessing about it, so in the interest of my sanity, I'm just assuming I'm 156 until Halloween, when I will step on the scale and hopefully be overjoyed that by forgetting the numbers, I was able to get busy losing!
