Old color coded plans - can anyone tell me what the exchanges were for each?
I need to know what the servings/exchanges were for the old color coded plans. Surely there is someone on this board who remembers the breakdown of each?
I would appreciate someone posting the plan specifics, with and without the lites so much. I searched the forums but could not find it, even though i am sure it is there somewhere.
Thanks so much
Roberta

Thanks so much, Britt and Stephanie, I copied the information you sent into a word document and as soon as someone posts the blue, I think I will have them all.
I really appreciate this. With the turnover rate at the COD, I don't want to count on getting a counsellor who will not remember the color coded plans as I continue "down" the weight loss path.

Thanks Joni. I just realized that the portion sizes changed with the Blue Plan, do they change with any of the others that were posted? I am on Red 1 w/o Lites and the portions are different than the ones you listed.
Britt and Stephanie, you were so kind to post the breakdown on the Purple, Gold and Red, if you see this could you post the protein sizes like Joni did?
Thanks again everyone

ROberta:
From what I have in my notes, you add 2 oz of protein per serving on the Purple and Red Plans to what is posted. So, the 5 oz of chicken would be 7, 3 oz of Beef would be 5, etc. I don't have anyting on the Blue. Sorry.

OK- I adjusted my notes to include this information and it does make total sense.
Since Joni posted the adjustment for the Blue Plan, lookes like the Purple and Red, Red 1 too, protein sizes are bigger than the Blue, Gold and Green.
You guys are awesome. Thanks a million.

What comes after Gold? I think it's Green. Anyone care to share the details on that one. I am plan 1 and would like to see how it compares. I much prefer the old color plans....
Thanks,

I am not sure what color plan that the new plan 3 used to be, but the portions have changed, so don't just match the number of servings. The protein portions are now based on cooked, not raw, weight and some of the fruits are different. I know the starches have changed too. The basic number of calories are the same when translating the color coded to the newer numbered plans (Free to Live to Feel Full plans) but the nutritional breakdown is totally different. My body did not respond to the newer breakdown and my doctor recommended I stay on the older plan.
Hope that helps. Probably clear as mud, right?
