Default 10 pounds loss!
Yep i loss 10 big ones. Half way towards goal, and even though I am having a hard time noticing, I atleast know im doing something right! And I did it in a sane way too. Just lowered my portions and drink lots of water. and even though i have my moments (hey im getting there), I still try to keep positive and try to do it in a good way!

Great work, often you will take a while to see the difference when you have lost weight. But I bet the compliments will soon be given to you if they all ready haven't. They are a great moral booster and keep you motivated.
