OMG that's fantastic! I just fit into a tight size 18 can't wait to get into 16's again. You're proof that just because the scale numbers aren't going down the inches can!!!

Congrats !!! This is why I stress to people who are weighing themselves all the time to CUT IT OUT !!!!! I know that even when I hit a plateau - people tell me I look smaller each time they see me and things fit diffferently !

You go girl !!!

Congratulations on fitting into size 16 jeans. We all know how fickle the weighing scales are. Clothes or a tape measure can tell you more accurately how your progressing in your weight loss journey.

Keep up the good work and enjoy this nsv.

I'm so much not going stress out now when the scale won't move. I saw a friend
Fri morn whom I had not seen for a week and she me if I had lost weight thats just from changing my way of eating and drinking more water and exercising . I have lost 1 pound. So when the scale is not nice, my jeans tell me some thing is happening. What keeps me motivated is my 16 size jeans and a medium size Old Navy shirt not my scale

An update lost 3 pounds the scale was good to me this morning.I've made a lot of small changes like exercising every day ,walking from the furthest parking spot away from the store as possible, watching what I eat, drinking tons of water, watching sodium intake ,my DH and I split meals at restaurants and we only have the sicking sweet stuff on weekends as a treat after we have either done 4 miles of kayaking or 2 mile walk and then we split it.Oh and having a dog really helps too she loves to walk. And of course thank you all for your support

Scales do not tell the whole story, but the way clothing fits tells it all. You are doing great!! Keep up the good work and don't worry too much about the numbers on the scale.
