Default ~30 lbs gone - is it noticeable? bikini pics
Hey everyone. I started my weight loss journey at about 174 pounds, but I didn't take my first "before" pic until about 170 lbs. I am down to about 143.2 right now, so I've lost a little over 30 lbs! Very exciting.

I decided to take the bikini pictures off because I didn't really feel like they showed my true progress


**UPDATE** 8/22/07 Here are some other pictures to show my favorite pair of pants (well they were my fav a couple months ago) and they are way too baggy now. Ignore the smudges on my dirty mirror. lol.
