Default 8lbs to mini goal!

thats right i have a meger 8 lbs to my mini goal of dropping below 300! the mini goal after that is 252. an odd number you may say but in the uk we tend to use stones as opposed to pounds for human weight. 14lbs = 1 stone and 252 is 18st. the general level when you tell people i'm 18 stone they instantly say fat! but if you say 17... then they just think your a little chubby.

so 8lbs to 299! 8 little tiny pounds i'm so up for it i'm going out tomorrow on to dartmoor and having a nice leisurly 5 miles trek

I'm not sure how I feel about the idea of the "stone" measurement. You sure have to lose a lot to be able to take "1" off of your weight. It doesn't seem like you get enough credit for each individual pound.

How tall are you? From your picture it looks like you've already hit your goal weight. If you weigh 300 then you carry it very well.

Good luck with your mini-goal. And don't make that walk too leisurely.

Keep up the great work. You'll drop those 8 lbs before you know it. And then you'll be well on your way to your next goal. Good luck!

the pounds vs Stones is an intersting one on one hand you have to lose 14lbs to drop a number off your weight. which itself makes it more of a momentous occasion. and secondly if you put your weight in stone to start with its doesn't sound anywhere near as bad 18st or 252lbs? both the same but are they.
