Default Do I do TO or FF?

I am pretty new to LAWL. This is week 7 for me and I have lost 12.4#. Of course, my center wants me to do TO, but I refuse to buy anything more. I bought the Knudsen's juice this afternoon and plan to start either TO or FF tomorrow. Does it make a difference on which one I do? I only have done the juice once, at the very beginning. I do have lites, but don't always eat them(too full). I am on plan 2 only because I could NOT eat all the food on plan 3.

Thanks for any help.

Unless the program has changed, you are supposed to do Take Off.
Your proteins are limited to 6 oz total, you get 2 veggie servings, drink your juice and use 2 LA Lite bars (or lunas, or whatever you like). Since you are not eating much, you may find you want/need the lites.

The biggest different with FF is you don't do lites but you get unlimited proteins and veggies.

Thank you Joni,

I understand now. The first time I did this I was able to have unlimited amounts of meat and veggies but this time it is limited. Thanks again.

Did you get the white LA Express Menu Plan Kit that you use for the first four weeks? If so, the Take Off Menu Plan is listed on the last two pages along with "How to Use" instructions.

Let us know how it goes!

The TO has also changed since changing to the Numbered plans. The Veggies are now UNLIMITED, but to what is listed for TO, which is all green stuff.

So since I am not doing lites anymore, can I do an FF? I am thinking about it to jump start my body again.

Thanks for all the responses. I am doing the TO that is listed in the back of the free to live menu plan book. So far so good.

LizzyW - Yes, if you don't do lites, then you do Fast Forward again. Don't do it though unless your weight has stalled or you've gone bonkers with your eating.

TO = Torture Oneself!
