And I've gotten a couple people at my COD to allow me extra celery-mostly when I'm doing TO-because it has "negative calories." It takes more calories to eat celery than what it has in it. So that could be considered free as a stretch.
when i get the urge to snack and i don't want to use up the things i have left for the day or if it's late at night and i'm done eating for the day, i make myself a cup of hot tea. it usually fills my tummy and diverts me from eating when i shouldn't.
