Default Is Pepperoni legal on Phase 1 or 2?
I am going crazy trying to find out if pepperoni or turkey pepperoni is allowed on South Beach?? There is only 1 carb in 16 slices of regular pepperoni so I was wondering??

There's a recipe for crispy pepperoni listed in the Phase 1 recipe sections, so I assumed it was legal. I only eat the turkey pepperoni, as I find the regular too greasy.

The regular is not allowed as it is too high in fat but the turkey is fine.
