Hey all, I stopped in to say HI and re-join the discussions here.
I've been struggling, and failing, to get the weight off now since December. In fact I'm back up to 180.
I was perusing the boards and see this new plan everyone is discussing. I called my COD and guess what???? Apparently Washington State is the only one out of 50 states that isn't LA Weight Loss anymore. So, no new plan for me.
I have to say I'm most disappointed that I didn't get the results promised 18 months ago. I'm sure you guys remember that I got stuck at 150 and no one could offer any suggestions on what to do to move it. So, here I am, ashamed of the fact that I'm back up to 180.
My current motivation is that I do NOT want to look bad on my new toy. In April I bought myself a 2007 Harley Davidson Motorcycle, took a riding course to learn to ride it and I'm happy to say I ride it to work every day that its not pouring down rain. So, I guess that's good motiviation. Now, lets see if the COD can deliver.
