Lets not forget about the Labor Day Challenge we signed up for. We now have 3 weeks
to get our butts in gear to meet our goal.
My goal was 16 pounds and I am down 9 of that with 7 to go.
Please provide your Goal, current stats, maybe how you plan to meet that goal or if you need to adjust it. This might keep us focused.
I think mine is still obtainable. I am currently doing TO and have shown continuous loss since being moved to plan 2, last week.
