Ok I'm celebrating finally being under 200 lbs. The first one was taken in a hotel before a show my husbands band was playing I was 231 then.
The second one was taken yesterday at 197..whoo hoo. Not sure if u can see much of a difference in the pics.
I can definitely see a difference! Your legs look a lot thinner and more toned--you must be exercising regularly. Overall you look smaller and I can especially see a difference in your hips and your waist. You are doing great!
