I followed ww for about 5 years, then left ww for ***********, then for southbeach diet, and I've finally realized weightwatchers is the ONLY diet that works for me.
So... I've strayed but I'm back. I'm going to lose 30 pounds.
Good luck Theresa! I did WW once before and reached goal. Gained most of it back on my own accord. Now I'm back on the program. I never even thought of going to any other diets, since WW worked before. And I always liked that I can eat NORMAL food. They TEACH you how to eat, they don't just give you stuff and say "here eat this!"
Thanks! I get bored... grass is always greener and all that... but, when it gets down to it, ww is the only thing that works for me. I am going to try the CORE plan this time.
There is no other diet for me =)
