I thought I would go to the store and check out everything in them. Has one done that before. I also thought I would try the cereal bars?

To be comparable, you would need to find something w/soy protein and between 160-180 calories. Lots of us use the Lunas, Kashi Crunchy, and Pria Complete meal bars. Also, the new Special K meal bars are good to use.

Do you know if the ones you use are treated like the la lites and are the cereal bars (if that is what some of them are) are 1 fruit and 1 starch.

The ones that I mention are all comparable to Lites, so you don't need to use up a precious starch on them!
