I went to meeting today after missing 2 weeks ~ was up 1/2 lb! Now, I'm so mad at myself ~ I'm back to journaling for all to see! Watch out everyone ~ CJ is back and ready to go!

CJ - don't worry about the 1/2 pound. After the funk that you have been on, that is great. You really weren't doing as poorly as you thought you were. Great goin'. It will be good to get right back OP now and work towards that under 170 mark. You can do it and it won't be long.

I can't believe that, with the overeating that I did on the weekend, I managed to maintain my weight. Must be the workouts that are making an affect on losing again. This week should tell the whole story.
