Default Paging Miss Tina! - Fluidity

Hey Emmy's Mama,

Does your Fluidity bar stay stationary, or do you have to adjust it for different exercises? I was wondering because I have a bar in my basement that is stationary that I use to stretch, I was curious to know if it was similar.

It is stationary. Depending on how far away from the wall your bar is will determine if the videos will work with it or not...for example, if you're doing pullups, you would need about one foot of space from the wall. Does that make sense?

Thanks, that makes perfect sense. I can just do pushups, though. LOL

I really want a strengthening/stretching program, so I may keep a look out on eBay for the DVds.

Thanks a lot.
