Default yahoo i lost 7 pounds! what was your average loss?

i know that alot of it is prob water weight but still happy! Hopefully i will lose another 7 by next wk i am going to try and stay on induction as long as possible so i can keep loosing big for a couple more wks. just curious...
What was your average loss when you started low carb and when did it start to slow down?

Weight loss will slow down so don't be upset if you don't lose 7 pounds next week!

Tomorrow is my 1 week weigh in so I will update you guys on my first week loss

It seems the more weight you have to lose, the quicker you seem to lose it. I was losing 10-12 lbs a month when I was doing Induction. I still keep my carbs quite low...between 25-30. I mainly added occasional nuts, berries & yogurt.

thanks! i have tried other programs in the past and have never had quite as good a loss. So hopefully i can keep it up for a while

I've completed exactly 2 weeks (today is day 15 for me) and I've lost 7 lbs. You lost that in one week? wow! Good for you!!!

yeah but dont be discouraged ebplus i outweigh you by about 30 pounds an generally i think the more weight you have to lose the inital loses are larger.

I think it does come off faster the more you have to lose. I cant remember exactly but I lost about 10lbs the first two weeks then It slowed down to about 2lbs a week.
