Thumbs up My Menu for Today-Red with Lites

Breakfast
Starbucks Grande Skim Cappucino (1Dairy)
1 PB lite (LA)
8 slices of low sodium turkey (1 Protein)
1 12 ounce can of mountain dew (2 Starch)
2.5 ounces of cooked beef with BBQ sauce (1/2 P)
1 TBS light mayo (1fat)
1 tsp hot sauce (1 condiment)
2 cups of romaine lettuce (2V)
2 TBS of salad dressing fat free (2 condiment)
1 Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich (1P CC)
1 caramel LA lite (LA)
12 baby carrots (2 V)
100% orange juice 6 ounces (1F)
1/2 100 calorie english muffin (1 Starch)
18 cherries (2 F)

35 minute yoga bootie ballet hip hop abs
30 minute dog walk after we go see the movie Ratatoille

I will be bringing my cherries and my LA lite to the movie

What brand of turkey are you buying that is low-sodium? I have looked everywhere and can't find any that specifies low-sodium.

ok thanks - I know they have Boar's head at the grocery store, I didn't realize that they had low-sodium. I'll head out and get me some. Thanks!

Amy2liz30- FYI- there is a menu thread we have set up for each month that everybody can post their menu's in. It may be a couple pages back if nobody has used it for a couple of days. Good for ideas when people are struggling.

Amy2liz30 - I'm curious why you're counting your Mountain Dew as 2 starches? You're allowed to have soda each day, no more than 24 ounces and it's a "freebie". Is there something diff w/mountain dew? Thanks!
