On some of the new plans, FF pudding may be in there. Not sure. But on the old color plans, it's not. If it's not in your book, it's not on your plan. You're safest that way.

sorry it's not the answer you want... but remember - they will still be making chocolate pudding when you're on maintenance! (and from the looks of your ticker, that's not too far off)

Yeah and these last 15 lbs have been giving me grief that last couple of weeks the weight loss has slowed down, I will lose and then gain a few ounces and go back and forth, but it is coming off slowly.. I know I will make the baked custard for my sweet tooth craving the one thats in the La cookbook it is really good...

One of my counselors told me once that I could eat FF pudding made with skim milk for a dairy. I had been doing that for two weeks when I had one of the managers. She looked at that & immediately said no you can't have pudding. She looked it up and said 1/2 cup of FF pudding was a starch on maintenance. So I got to enjoy it for a week before I found out it was off limits. That was on the colored plans.

Yeah... I know... however the new plan counts it as a dairy. But I'm not going to do anything different than what my plan has because of the balance each plan has, to mix and match different plans is not good. I remember before WW went to points the pudding was a dairy for awhile too. I loved my pudding back then... (daydreaming...)

Guess what ladies FF-SF pudding is on the new plan. You have to make it yourself from the mix and use skim milk. 3/4 a cup is one dairy.

Yep, it's on the new plan. My counselor told me to get it at the store in the Jello section and that would be an easy dairy I could have each day since I have to have 3 dairy's. She didn't mention anything about making it from scratch though.

In the LAWL cookbook, you can have chocolate pudding:

Chocolate Banana Crunch Parfait:
Makes 4 Servings
Serving Size: 1 parfait
Counts as: 1 Fruit, 1/2 dairy, 1 fat

1 envelope SF instant chocolate pudding
2 cups skim milk
2 small bananas sliced
1/4 cup crushed peanuts

1. add skim milk to pudding and whisk thoroughly until smooth. Refrigerate for one hour

2. In a tall glass, layer 1/4 cup of pudding, then top with half banana slices, then half crushed peanuts. dividing evenly among glasses

3. repeat layering steps, using remaining pudding, banana and peanuts, again dividing evenly among glasses

4. place in refrigerator until cold and serve.
