Just FYI, thought I'd mention what I use instead of Egg Beaters and other egg substitues.
Since most egg substitutes are just egg whites with some food coloring, I just use regular eggs and throw away the yolks, using two egg whites in place of a whole egg in recipes. For scrambled eggs or omelets, I usually use 1 whole egg and 3 - 4 whites. Even throwing the yolks away, it's cheaper to use real eggs than egg substitutes, and I think the taste is much fresher.
