Default Lawl And Alli

I have been on LAWL since 6-20-07 and started Alli a week ago. Accoring to the ALLI program you will lose 2-4 pounds more along with your low fat diet. Anyone else doing this as well? I'm wondering if I am just spinning my wheels. So far I have not noticed any of the (bad) effect of this pill, probably since I eat very little fat anyway. Any comments?

There was a thread awhile back where we talked about it... I think we talked abotu the negative side effects, I don't remember anyone being one it though.

Good luck and let us know how it works out!

There's an Alli support thread in general diet plans if you'd like to see other people's results. But I don't know anyone on LAWL and doing Alli.

I would imagine, that since LAWL is already pretty low in fat content, the effects would be minimal.. Not that I'm a doctor or anything.. And I guess, as long as it's not attacking the good kinds of fat we ingest through fish and olive oil, it couldn't hurt as long as you're not getting the bad side effects.

I've been attempting it as well. So far so good. It also serves as a disincentive to splurge. I was able to lose 8 pounds on the first TO.

When you say it acts like a disincentive, do you mean that if you eat something with a lot of fat in it, that it has a bad reaction to your system?

well basically the more fat you eat the more likely your going to experience the "treatment effects".....but like Buffystar said, it does serve as disincentive to eating the wrong foods.

Dan-Disincentive= eating bad does have treatment effects. No tummy ache or anything, which is goog cuz the other stuff is more than plenty

the 8 lbs stayed off. I have been plateauing though now..I think it's the stress.

I'm inclined to stay away from drugs to lose. Don't get me wrong, 8# sounds great! Whatever works for people but I'm losing at a good pace on plan alone and don't have to worry about the unknown side effects. Just eating a good healthy diet. Besides after my indiscretions this weekend I had the same effect without the drugs....my system is trained to purge fat laden foods
