Talking Proud Progress Pics
The picture with the orangy/red shirt is my biggest wt ever 235 lbs. It was taken August 2005 at my family reunion.

The picture with a painting is from Dec 15, 2006 - 220 lbs. When I bought those pants they were too little. My DH says now they look a little big!! Situps are paying off!!! I thank low carb for those baggy new pants!

Kel, you look great. Thanks for sharing pic's. Yep, your DH is right, the pants are getting a little big.

I will post a new pic of me with all the puppies after they get here. I want everyone to get to see them. Poor Molly is still preggers.

I faced the scale today. My usual day is on Sunday, but felt like I had gained weight. I didn't. Yippee. Maintaining is fantastic for me. I am once again totally on program with eats and exercise. I'm waiting on DD to get ready to go shopping and have lunch. I am having baked chicken and a salad. Gotta stick to plan and keep these lbs. off.
