Default Exercise NSV

Today I had to get up to exercise, so the alarm clock started ringing and I thought "ohh itīs so so cold (itīs winter here), I wonīt exercise today, I wanna sleep one more hour". So I turned off the alarm clock and tried to sleep again, but 5 minutes after that I got up, put on my clothes and got ready to exercise!!!
Iīm so happy! I know itīs not much but I took the healthy choise and thatīs new for me!

Default Great Choice

Great choice, I know it is easier to stay in bed. You've inspired me to go for a walk after work, instead of sitting on the couch watching TV. Cheers

Wow, good going. Baby steps like that will take you to goal. Just one good decision can set a whole ball in motion.

Way to battle the alarm clock and win! I'm trying to beat the snooze-button-monster myself right now, so thanks for the inspiration that it CAN be done!
