I finally wore my podometer to work today. I am in the office for 2.5 hours and on the floor for 5.5. I walked 7.6 miles! I'm going to be recording all week to get an average.

That's great! I walk on my 30 min lunch break everyday but only average a little over a mile. I'm planning on going in early and walking before work too so I can add an extra mile. I figure every little bit helps
Just to let you know, I work in a stock room in a plant filled only by men. They can't get anything on their own so they call me and have me run it to them. It makes for short works days when I am busy. The time flies by!
