This is really good. I just made this for a picnic yesterday and it was almost all gone and I doubled the recipe!! I also used FF cool whip and no one knew the better! I did not use peanuts because of food allergies but I'm sure it would've tasted even better! I liked the fact that it was completely FF!! yay!

Thanks pazazz!!

A peeled, medium apple is 77 calories (USDA Nutrient Database).
Everything else is packaged and will have the calories on the package. Add it all up, then divide by the number of servings. If you eat 1/8 or 1/12, just divide by 8 or 12 to find out the calories in your serving.

No, what you do is add up all the calorie totals in the ingredients in the salad and then divide that total by the number of servings you desire the salad to be. For example, let's say the total is 800 for all the ingredients combined. And if you want to divide that into 8 servings, the calorie total per serving would be 100 calories.

Okay, here's my total -- I calculated 5 medium apples, Cool Whip Free, and 1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts measured before chopped -- chop after measuring and the rest of the ingredients. That total is 1400 calories. Now divide 1400 by the number of servings -- 12 servings would be 117 calories per serving.

I tried this one. I used regular Butterscotch pudding mix. Tastes just as good.
