Finally, today, for the 1st time in a looooonnnng time, I got on the scale and I was under 200 lbs. I don't even care that it was 199.8 which technically rounds up to 200, just not seeing the "2" was a huge motivator.

I totally understand how excited you are. The first time I saw 200 I was devastated. Unfortunately, that didn't motivate me to stop. I am right on the verge of going under the big 2-0-0. I hope by my next weigh in on Thursday. I'll take 199.9. Great job, Joyc21!!!

Congratulations!!
isnt it strange in a way. that we can be 203 and feel FAT!
but get to 199 and feel normal..lol
Well im at 202 been there for about 3 weeks! !
So CLosE but so far away! im going to increase my water! and hopefully by this friday i will be under 200!
