Default I am trying to think outside the box for a few days!

this morning I had- jello (SF) and cool whip with cheese ( usually D & FR)

Snack- Bar

Lunch I had- large salad ( no protein on it this time )

Snack - fruit and starch ( normally just a bar)

Dinner 4pm - protein, 2veg,fruit, ( normally at 6:30 protein, 2 veggie and thats it)

before 8pm- tuna ,40 cal bread (after 8pm I have starch, salad, fruit , bar)

snack- bar & fruit

I di dnot change to much but maybe its enough to trick my body, plus now good old TOM showed up. Maybe that's it too, Last time I gained zero water weight but who knows this time. I feel very much lke snacking on things that are NO NO's I usually don't look to eat. Like peanut butter and chips must be the salt or something.

I'm interested to see how the menu mashu up works for you.. While I can't personally say how TOM will affect you, I know sometimes it holds Liz back, but other times it doesn't... Good luck!!

Steph - I'm not really sure what you are asking or trying to tell us here.
Are you mixing up your menu to see if you can lose better if you eat more at night? If you do lose better, that would be an interesting concept. I sort of follow the Oprah/Bob Greene school of thought and try not to eat anything 3 hours before bedtime. But everybody is different.

Well ya I am mixing it up this next 2 days. I dont normally eat like this so I thought maybe that would kick start things a bit.

I did notice that when I had protein at 3:30 I seemed to of gotten very full, to the point I am still full here at 6pm! never got to eat the veggies yet.

I ust kinda thought if I keep things guessing it will keep coming off. Guess I am in a hurry to get rid of the weight, though it took 10 years to gain it !

I hope I can get the rest if my food in with out feeling sick now! good grief I did not expect to be full still now

usually I am starved even when I have a snack at 3ish.
