Breakfast is slow cooked oatmeal with fruit and 6 egg whites. Every three hours or so you eat protein and complex carbs. You have to have the skinless chicken breasts, vegetables and hard boiled eggs (whites only) handy or else you slip up (the voice of experience speaking). It really is a lifestyle not a diet. So far I have the first three meals down, but when I mess up it is usually late afternoon. I found a lot of info on body building websites too.
