Default Owie

I worked out hard yesterday. I'm trying to get back into exercising (I'm pretty out of shape), so the lunges kicked my arse (well, legs). So it hurts to walk today. Am I just supposed to suck it up & do cardio anyway? It would just be walking / or elliptical. I'd rather not, but I'm sure you girls will tell me to get to it!

Shyla - In short, yes. Get going.

Long answer - take some ibuprofen or Aleve, drink lots of water, and get moving. The best thing you can do for stiff, over-worked muscles is getting more bloodflow/circulation to them...and the best way to do that is to use those muscles in some cardio. It will make them feel better to get the blood moving through them, so hop on that elliptical!

YOU GO GIRL!!! The aches and pains WILL lessen, and they'll lessen quicker if you keep at it.
