Hi all. Day 2 - all challenges met. I am having cravings right now, which to be honest I have given in to for the last several months straight. I am not hungry though. i just went out for dinner with a friend and had plenty. But, I have a plan if the cravings don't go away and have acceptable choices ready.

I will do this. I deserve this.

Hey all, this is my first time doing this, I think I have all the rules, I'm going to start kind of slow, I don't always have alot of will power. I usually start out strong and then fizzel out in the end. so here goes.


Challenges:
20 min. of any exercise each day: Day 0 - 3 pauses left
3 Bottles of water each day: Day 0 - 3 pauses left

I just had to come on and say, I never really noticed exactly how many food commericals there are on tv, until I am trying to make healthy choices again. When you are trying to stop the binge eating, those commercials really stand out!!!

Hey all. Yeah, it is nuts with the commercials, especially when you are fighting binge withdrawals! I have to report a NSV though - I had dinner tonight, and while it still wasn't perfect portion control, it was close, and smaller than I have been eating lately. And (drumroll please), I am stuffed! I am actually going to split the remaining half into two nights' worth of meals. Hurray.

Red, I totally am with you on the depressed slump. I actually talked to my doctor about something to help with that. I can't do this anymore. I have to get over it.

Hi all. Day 4, all three challenges met. Tough at work, to stop and listen to whether or not I was actually hungry, instead of just grazing. I am trying to start writing down in my food journal if I am eating other than hunger. I also did better with portions tonight. Yeah.

Seriously though, Red, hope you were ok with the earthquakes. You know I am geographically challenged, so I have no idea where they were compared to you.

Met all three challenges again today. Tough one. Wanted to do a lot of boredom eating. Managed to keep it to ok choices, but did have issues with portions. Will keep going.

Good job on your challenges, you are so strong. I read your posts and deep-deep down say, why I cannot be like that, why-o-why?
I wish I could say I've lost the weight, but not true. Just to think a year ago, I was further along that I am now. Why did I subbotage myself, why did I decide to punish, where biggest punishment is not doing anything, yet I felt the need to make myself eat even if that caused me to be sick. Anyway, no use...
So here I am, i started 2 of my challenges and will add a 3rd one soon.
As usual:
A. No Food before bed (level 2) - 2 days met
B. Daily Excercise (level 3) - 1 day met

Red, seroiusly are you ok, please let us know. I just realized after reading this post that you must be nearby, and have felt it. Living in CA I know that those things are felt for miles on out, especially in the ocean, water/waves have great tranfer-ability.

Chear up, everhting will pass and this will too. I know how hard it is...By the way you said you were back, where did you go? States? Pittsburg?
