Default Morning Workout.

I've heard people say, "exercise in the morning" for a bunch of reasons. But I never wanted to get up early and do it.

But since it's summer, I can get up whatever time I want, and do it then.
And I've noticed that I'm not eating as much throughout the day because I'm not as hungry, does anyone else notice that?

And it's out of the way.

I like this morning stuff.

I definitely feel better and eat healthier when I start my day off with exercise. Morning exercise sets the mood for the day ...

Same for me. I still think that any exercise is better (says the girl who hasn't gone in four days....) But personally, I'm in a better place if I go in the morning. I get through the work day MUCH better.

Personnally, I find it better because 1) I run in the park, so it's still quiet and almost empty (save for the other runners!), 2) it's before a meal, so I don't have to worry about calculating whether I'm still 'diverting' much energy for digestion or not, 3) it's out of the way, and anything coming up after that during the day won't thwart your exercise schedule. And indeed, I feel better for the rest of the day afterwards. Actually, it even got me through this year's finals with a very low stress level, which is always good--no overeating, no panicking, just what it took to be alert and always on top.

Me too, but I'm still hungry all day even though I eat all day!

I would like to exercise in the morning, but it just doesn't work out most of the time (at least with my current schedule). I get my workouts done in the afternoon, and I'm okay with that. At least I'm doing it!
