Im confused about what plan I should be on!
I started LAWL and I think I was on the purple plan...I was 182 at the time. When I finished up I THINK I was on the Gold plan. I lost 42lbs bringing me down to 140lbs. I am staying between 138-140 but I want to loose another 15-20lbs. Can someone help me out with what plan I should be on...I was thinking I needed the following b ut correct me if I am wrong...
2 Protiens (I only eat chicken so that would be 5oz cooked 6 raw?)
3 FR
3 Veggies
2 starches
1 Fat
2 bars
I only have the gold plan here so I was thinking that is what I did last but I could be wrong. So if anyone can tell me for my weight and goal weight if that is what I should be eating. Thank you so much! Tanya

Hi Tanya,
You should be on gold until you hit about 130, then you should switch to green, which is 1 less fruit and 1 less veggie.
Good luck.

What size container?
Chances are you could count it as 2 starches..
If that's the case, go forth and sin no more!

forgive me Father Dan but I have sinned. I just was so happy about having lost 1 pound during my week of AWOL from the COD that I promptly drove right to McDonalds and ordered a Big Mac meal with Dr Pepper.........TALK ABOUT "WHY DID I DO THAT"!!!!!

Ummmmm Tanya,
You may be completely regretting that 1/2 container of ice cream a little later on.............If you're body isn't used to sugar alcohols, you may not want to be in a crowd today. Any sweets that are fat free/ sugar free should be consumed in moderation. Just a warning....

Oh Deb...I have learned a really good lesson....I will NEVER eat fatfree sugar free ice cream AGAIN! I have NEVER been so sick to my stomach in all my life...and you are right...I had to stay home for the sake of everyone eles! But thats good...I wont be tempted again after this feeling!
BTW...It was half of a half gallon...so maybe about a pint or so...TOO MUCH!

Yes. Stick with what your COD tells you. At least for starters. At 5'6, 120 is a little on the low side (not that I'm saying it's unhealthy, just low). To get there you are going to have to limit your calories a little more than someone short like me. Have you been losing on the green? If so, stick with it. But if you find yourself ravenous, or stalling, you may need gold. Or, you could just take a little longer to lose it because you don't have a lot to lose.
Most COD's don't put people on green unless they've stalled on gold, or at least that's what it seems from what people have posted here. So maybe take that into consideration?
I always think we should trust the COD first, and then if what we're doing doesn't work, we can look for other answers.

I've been on Lawl since 1/06-I started out at 142 on the gold plan, then began to stall when I got to 132 then they moved me down to green, which is when I met my goal at 125 last summer. I went on Stabilization & maintaince and over this past winter my weight keeps increasing, now I find myself at 138 back on the weight loss plan and my COD is staying to stick with Green, not gold. But I am not really losing I am staying between 136 and 138. I am at such a loss I don't know what to do!
