on the 8 wk, makeover over I use my lites right?

You eat your regular plan, so yes, eat your lites. You should eat a little lighter for 4 days after the TO to help keep the TO weight gone. You can also sub a slimdown or slimfast and a jet start for some of the days to speed up weight loss. Works for some and not others.
