Talking Love-handles !!!

Hey all, I was wondering which specific exercises are to reduce love-handles?

Hey Mika, It isn't possible to "spot reduce". If you want to lose fat from your love handles, that means you have to lose fat from all over. So, you need to do the usual: diet and exercise. It's the only way.

Unfortunate but true. I have rock hard abs under all this "insulation"...if you could spot reduce, mine would have been gone long ago.

You can tighten the muscles UNDER the love handles, but when you work out, you use muscles. The love handles are fat, not muscle.

No matter how much i will it, I cant get that fat to lift a finger towards working out, its always the muscles that do the work.

They are all right! Burn the fat/lower your body fat percentage and they will disappear(sp?)
