jellybean1992 Junior Member Thread Starter Join Date: May 2007 Posts: 1	Has anyone NOT lost weight the first week on NS? I admit Im a bit impatient with weight loss, but I have never eaten so little and so healthy as I have this first week on NS. (It's exactly a week today) and the scale has reflected NOTHING. Its frustrating, and depressing...and it just makes me wanna reach for some real CHOCOLATE. I realize that permanent weight loss is slow..but NO LOSS?? please someone tell me this happened to them too???
