What do you struggle with the most on this journey to health?

I despise restrictions, I despise routine. I love the idea of living grandly and abundantly, and I hate the idea of not being able to take food as a lover. So there. Harumpppf

Laziness. I want someone else to do this for me. I want to wake up thin. I want a magic pill. Anything that means I don't have to put in the work.

For me: having the patience to really just take each day as it comes and breaking the cycle of stress/emotional eating!

I HATE having to rigorously plan everything. If I DON'T, I'm not successful. It sure would be great to just go out when ever I like and eat whatever I want. I want CONSEQUENCE-FREE EATING!!!!
