i'm new so sorry if this has been posted before...
yesterday i went to pei wei. i ordered the vietnamese chicken salad rolls. you get three of them per order and they are 80 calories per roll. i didn't use any dipping sauce because i don't think they need it. the rolls are pretty large and the dinner was very filling. i didn't leave the place feeling heavy and tired and guilty and they're actually now my favorite item on the menu!
today I ate a tuna sandwich on whole wheat bread, well usually I would put mayo on the tuna but today I didnt. I thought it was going to be so nasty without the fattening mayo lol..but it was actually good w/o the may too
